Vale Ken Wenzel 1930 – 2025
It is with great sadness and many fond memories that Aspley Art Group Members farewell our beloved Patron, friend, and fellow artist.
Ken has been our guiding light for over 50 years. He has generously shared his knowledge and dedication to his artistic talent with countless members. And with his encouragement, enthusiasm, and willingness to teach us how to improve our art & apply new skills, he has enabled us to “fly” as artists.
His enthusiastic support as our Patron for the last 25 years has been invaluable in shaping both the Aspley Art Group as an entity, but also in influencing our individual members as artists and as people.
We will miss his smiling face and his, sometimes quirky, sense of humour.
